Refund Policy – Relay AutoBooker

1 Introduction
This Refund Policy explains when you may obtain a refund for purchases of Relay AutoBooker from either https://cardamon.org/products/relay-autobooker or the Google Chrome Web Store. By purchasing Relay AutoBooker you agree to this Policy, which forms part of the overall Terms & Conditions.
2 Eligibility for Refunds
- Unused Product. Refunds are available only if the Extension has not been used or activated (no loads auto‑refreshed or auto‑booked).
- Three‑Day Window. You must request the refund within three (3) calendar days of the purchase date.
3 Conditions for Refund
To qualify, you must:
- Provide Proof of Purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or transaction ID).
- Confirm Non‑Use. State that the Extension has not been used or activated.
- Submit Within Three Days of purchase.
4 Non‑Refundable Situations
Refunds are not granted when:
- The Extension has been used or activated.
- You simply change your mind after purchase.
- The request is made after three days from purchase.
5 How to Request a Refund
- E‑mail us at support@cardamon.org with subject line “Refund Request.”
- Include proof of purchase and a statement confirming non‑use.
- Send the request within the three‑day window.
6 Processing Refunds
- Review Time. We will review and respond within 5–7 business days.
- Approved Refunds. We issue the credit to your original payment method. Bank or card processors may take 5–10 business days to post the funds.
7 Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, notify us within 30 days of the transaction. Confirmed mistakes receive a full refund regardless of usage.
8 EU / UK Statutory Withdrawal Right (14 Days)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14‑day statutory “cool‑off” right to withdraw from digital‑content contracts provided the product has not been used. The right is lost once you start using the Extension (for example, by pressing Start and refreshing or booking a load).
To exercise this statutory right when the Extension has not been used:
- E‑mail support@cardamon.org with subject “EU/UK Withdrawal.”
- Include your order confirmation and state that you have not used the Extension.
We will refund 100 % within 14 days of receiving a valid notice.
