Relay AutoBooker — Terms & Conditions

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a legally‑binding agreement between Cardamon Inc., a Florida corporation (“Cardamon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and you, the individual or entity who installs, accesses, or uses the Relay AutoBooker Google Chrome browser extension (the “Extension” or “Product”).

BY INSTALLING OR USING THE EXTENSION YOU:

(a) REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS;
(b) AGREE THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS; and
(c) AGREE THAT IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT INSTALL OR USE THE EXTENSION.

2 Definitions

Term	Meaning
Extension / Product	The Relay AutoBooker Chrome browser extension, together with all related documentation, updates, and support services.
User / You	The natural person or legal entity that installs or uses the Extension.
Amazon Relay Platform	The proprietary websites, dashboards, mobile applications, application‑programming interfaces, and related services operated by Amazon.com, Inc. and its affiliates for freight carriers (collectively, “Amazon Relay”).
Amazon Terms	All terms of use, conditions of service, policies, and technical restrictions that govern access to or use of Amazon Relay.

3 No Affiliation; Trademark Notice

Relay AutoBooker is an independent, third‑party utility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its affiliates. “Amazon,” “Amazon Relay,” and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates, used here solely for identification and comparative description.

4 License Grant and Scope

Subject to your full, continuing compliance with these Terms, Cardamon grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use one (1) copy of the Extension on computers you own or control solely to assist you in reviewing and interacting with loads that you are otherwise authorised to access on Amazon Relay.

4.1 Restrictions

You shall not:

Modify, adapt, translate, reverse‑engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension except to the limited extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
Sell, sub‑license, rent, lease, lend, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Extension or any derivative works.
Use the Extension to violate any applicable law or any Amazon Terms.

5 Acknowledgement of Amazon Terms & Assumption of Risk

The Amazon Relay U.S. Conditions of Use state that the Amazon license “does not include any use of data‑mining, robots, or similar data‑gathering and extraction tools.” By enabling the Auto Book and/or Auto Refresh features in the Extension YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE that such features may be deemed to violate Amazon Terms and YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RESULTING RISK, including but not limited to account suspension, financial loss, or contract termination by Amazon.

You agree that (i) Cardamon does not encourage or direct you to breach Amazon Terms, (ii) the Extension operates only after you manually enable automation each browser session, and (iii) you will immediately disable the Extension if Amazon instructs you to cease automated activity.

6 No Circumvention; Automatic Disablement (“Kill‑Switch”)

Cardamon warrants that the Extension does not bypass captchas, signed‑request systems, or other technical measures deployed by Amazon. If the Extension detects the presence of such measures—or if Cardamon receives a request or legal demand from Amazon or a governmental authority—Cardamon reserves the right to remotely suspend or permanently disable some or all functionality without notice. Suspension or disablement shall not constitute a breach of these Terms; your sole remedy is described in § 8.

7 Fees, Payment, and Authentication

The Extension is sold on a subscription basis via our payment processor Paddle. All prices are as displayed at checkout exclusive of taxes. You must provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and authorise Paddle to charge the applicable fees.

The Extension uses Google Sign‑In to identify you. Your Google account e‑mail is stored locally in your browser and transmitted (plain text or hashed) to Cardamon’s server only to verify an active subscription. No Amazon credentials are ever collected or stored by Cardamon.

8 Refunds

Refunds, including statutory withdrawal rights for EU/UK consumers, are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review that policy before purchasing. Where the Refund Policy conflicts with these Terms, the Refund Policy controls.

9 Updates & Support

Cardamon may, but is not obligated to, provide updates, bug fixes, or support. Cardamon does not guarantee continuing compatibility with Amazon Relay, which may change its code, layout, or policies at any time.

10 Privacy

The Extension performs all load‑monitoring logic locally in your browser. Cardamon does not collect or transmit your Amazon credentials or load data. Cardamon records only the e‑mail address you supply at sign‑in, together with anonymised usage telemetry necessary to validate subscriptions. For additional details, refer to our Privacy Statement.

11 Disclaimers

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND—EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY—including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, or non‑infringement. Cardamon does not guarantee that the Extension (i) will meet your requirements, (ii) will be uninterrupted or error‑free, or (iii) will remain functional after Amazon modifies its platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARDAMON’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID FOR THE EXTENSION IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL CARDAMON BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS, OR LOST DATA, EVEN IF CARDAMON HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cardamon, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, action, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to (i) your use of the Extension, (ii) your violation of Amazon Terms, or (iii) your breach of these Terms.

14 Termination

Cardamon may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination you must cease all use of, and uninstall, the Extension. Sections 3, 5–6, 8, 11–13, 15–19 survive termination.

15 Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any litigation shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and the parties submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16 Time Limit to File Claims

Except where prohibited by applicable law (including, without limitation, the mandatory consumer‑protection laws of the country in which you reside), ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE EXTENSION MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN SIX (6) MONTHS after the claim accrues; otherwise such claim is permanently barred. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract.

17 International Consumer Rights (EEA & UK)

If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of, and legal rights available to you under, the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms shall affect those mandatory rights. In particular:

The time‑limit in § 16 does not shorten the statutory limitation periods that apply to consumer claims in your jurisdiction.
The disclaimers and limitations of liability in §§ 11–12 apply only to the extent permitted by the laws of your country of residence.
Statutory withdrawal rights for EU and UK consumers are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms..

18 General Provisions

Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cardamon concerning the Extension and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
No Waiver. Failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms; Cardamon may assign its rights without restriction.
Headings. Headings are for reference only and have no legal effect.
