Privacy Policy for Relay Autobooker Cardamon
Welcome to the Privacy Policy of Relay Autobooker Cardamon. Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use Relay Autobooker Cardamon in your Chrome browser.
Last updated: August 26, 2026
1. Personal Information We Collect
When you install and use Relay Autobooker Cardamon, we collect certain information from you:
- Authentication Information: We utilize Google authentication to grant users access to our extension. When you sign in via Google, we may collect your name, email address, and profile picture.
- Subscription Information: To oversee subscriptions for our premium features, we employ the Paddle payment system. They may collect transaction details, billing address, and other data required for the processing of payments. However, we do not store any credit card information as all payment processes are managed by Paddle.
- Optional Uninstall Feedback: If you submit the uninstall survey, we collect the reason you select, the extension and survey versions, any comments you write, whether you allow us to reply, and the two-letter country the request came from (so we can see where problems cluster). We collect your email address only when you allow a reply. The extension does not send your Amazon account, carrier details, load history, or settings to the survey. Our server processes request information such as IP address and browser user agent to prevent abuse, but does not store the raw values with your feedback — the country above is the two-letter code our network provider reports, and no IP address is ever stored. Analytics and marketing tags are disabled on the survey page.
- Optional In-Extension Support: Opening Support may retrieve the Support form settings and conversations associated with a random token stored for this extension installation. It does not send the email shown in the form or create a conversation. When you press Send, the extension sends the topic you select, the message you write, the extension version, the optional email left in the field, and the install-scoped token to Cardamon. Cardamon records message timestamps and the resulting conversation. The extension does not add your Amazon account, carrier details, load history, or settings to a Support request. Do not put sensitive information in your message.
- Support Security and Abuse Prevention: The extension sends Support requests to Cardamon over HTTPS. Our server processes the request IP address to prevent abuse and keeps a temporary one-way hash for rate limiting. We do not store the raw IP address with your Support conversation. Cardamon stores a one-way hash of the install-scoped Support token rather than the token itself.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we gather from you to:
- Provide and Improve Our Services: We use your Google authentication details to personalize your experience and grant you access to our extension. Subscription details are utilized to manage your premium feature access.
- Communicate with You: We might use your email address to send you updates or essential information about our extension.
- Review Voluntary Feedback: We use uninstall responses to find reliability problems, improve setup and features, and reply when you have given us permission to contact you.
- Respond to Support Requests: Authorized Cardamon Support staff can read the topic, message, optional email, extension version, and conversation so they can answer you and investigate the issue you report. When your message includes an email, Support staff may use it to recognize related requests and contact you about that conversation. The editable email helps us connect requests; it does not prove your identity. We do not use Support data for advertising.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers to operate Relay Autobooker Cardamon. Paddle processes subscription payments. Supabase stores Support conversations and related records on Cardamon's behalf. These providers receive information only as needed to provide their services to us and must handle it under their own privacy and security terms.
4. Data Retention
We retain account and subscription records while you use the extension and as required for billing, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We keep uninstall feedback while we use it for product improvement or Support, or until we fulfill a valid deletion request.
Cardamon does not apply a fixed automatic expiration period to Support conversations. We keep the conversation and its timestamps, the one-way hash of its install-scoped Support token, the extension version, and any email you chose to share until you ask us to delete them, we no longer need them to manage the request or protect the service, or a legal obligation requires us to keep them. Contact support@cardamon.org to request deletion.
We may be unable to locate anonymous uninstall feedback. We may also be unable to locate a Support conversation if you did not include an email and you lose the install-scoped token by uninstalling the extension, clearing extension storage, or resetting the browser profile.
5. Your Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information connected to you. Send the request to support@cardamon.org. Include the email used in Support and enough information about the topic and date for us to locate the conversation. We may ask for information needed to verify the request.
6. Changes
From time to time, we may revise this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
7. Contact Us
